Dark Things

Hello!

Just wanted to give you a quick peek of something that I draw when I have

time and inspiration. These are just quick sketches, so nothing special. Hopefully

I will have time some day to make something better but surely it's not now.

Hope you will still enjoy these, my lovely little deep sea fishes that pop

everywhere when I don't pay attention! c:

P.s. I have a serious case of tattoo fever... So many great ideas that I just can't

make a reality right now and that really bums me out :c

Cold Colors

Hello.

I've been really tired and busy but here's some pictures

I have been taking randomly. It has been so cold here in Finland that I've just been curling up in my blanket and drinking tea - love that tea, by the way, although I put probably too much honey in it...

Here's also a couple of pictures from the place I "work" currently. It's not really my thing but it's something I have to do to get this school over with and get some job I really like. Animals are always nice, though ♥

Hoping the cold days are over soon and sun would shine again.

Winter is very pretty but I find it hard to enjoy it's cold colors when it's January and everyone is just kind of waiting for the summer - me included.

Tiny Cuteness

I just had to show you my new succulent plants that I got today,

I am totally in love c: I'm not sure if I'm just weird but I think plants can be cute too,

especially tiny plants like these. I just had to have them, hopefully I can also keep them alive

even for a little while! Well, I'm sure I can - just have to remember not to water them so much.

Cleansing the Air

Hello again ♥

Today I felt like showing you some of my beautiful plants. I could probably fill the whole apartment with them, but I've been trying to restrain myself... Sadly, many of them die even though I try my best at taking care of them. It always makes me sad but at least there's then another empty spot on the window that I can fill with another equally beautiful plant. I also had some herbs a few years ago but I haven't had the time to grow them in a while.

Oh, I forgot to show you this yesterday. This is one of my necklaces that I've been wearing

lately and I absolutely love it ♥

You can see my beautiful llama pelt that I got as a present from my boyfriend - I adore all kinds of pelts and taxidermy stuff - sorry, if that creeps you out c; And finally, here's a sneak peek of my other lizard, Tiera, who is looking at me like 'why are you interrupting my sleep again?'

Gems for the Soul

Hello.

I have decided to start over with this blog, celebrating the new look.

Also, as you see, I'm going to be writing in English - and I'm going to make mistakes

with that, so don't judge me so much, my native language is not English, it's Finnish c:

But I also feel like it's going to be easier writing in English, so bear with me.

At the moment, I'm busy with my on-the-job learning, which is making me very

tired... Working with cows is interesting, but I must say, that is not the job for me. I prefer smaller animals and reptiles (+ cats) are definitely my favourites, which is kinda sad for me 'cause here in Finland there's not much places that you could work with reptiles. Probably in Helsinki, but I don't really want to live in a big city like that. I love nature and I need it to be close by.

I'm not really sure what kind of things you'll bee seeing in this blog, but I thought I would start with showing some of minerals and gems that I collect. My mum used to work in a store where they sold these, so it has been easy to get them - although now it is more difficult. Still I'm hoping to get more of these, they're just so captivating. There's also a picture of a poster I recently purchased - you probably can recognize it c; I just adore it.

I hope you all enjoy the winter, as long as it lasts.

Me? I'm actually waiting patiently for the spring. Maybe then I would get my energy levels rising.
